Technology is a large part of our lives and extremely important in many facets of the fitness and health sectors. We foresee Technology maintaining a high level of demand and use going forward.
Each year, the use of Wearable technology remains a highly sought-after trend in Fitness.
However, we cannot rely on technology to think for us. Quality Education relies on Critical Thinking. This is our ability to look at different facts, analyse information and produce our own individualised conclusion without bias.
Contrary to what is believed, AI does contain bias and will only provide an analysis based on information that is more available, and not necessarily more accurate. Common AI search engines are ChatGPT and Grok.
The Academic space globally has seen a large increase in partly or fully AI generated written work.
Therefore, we encourage Fitpro students to not produce and submit AI-generated work.
Our Assessors run all submitted work through OpenAi (ChatGPT) and Grok analytics to check for AI-generated content. High ratings of AI-content will result in work being sent back and requested to be redone.
