Living through any pandemic or crisis in a lifetime brings along many lessons about how to live differently, approach business with a new mindset, and it also highlights what really matters in our lives.

Our health cannot be replaced or fixed by simply flipping a switch. It’s an active requirement we need to take care of and plan for the long run.

During COVID-19, many vulnerable people were recommended to remain isolated as much as possible to reduce their potential exposure to the virus. These vulnerable persons all have co-morbidities that are totally preventable in over 80{3da81d48f350b3d80af17de0c26731c29447dac8abc3b9cabf2bb798e967d330} of the cases. These include: Type II Diabetes; cardiovascular risks; chronic cholesterol; high blood pressure.

That means less than 20{3da81d48f350b3d80af17de0c26731c29447dac8abc3b9cabf2bb798e967d330} of incidents are due to factors that out of control. It also means that 4 out of every 5 vulnerable people do not have to be vulnerable.

The American College of Sports Medicine recommends 150 min of activity per week at a moderate intensity. So, if you do 30 min a day. You are on the path to better health!
