PRE-REQUISITE
The minimum requirement is a Personal Fitness Trainer certification for learners to complete this course.
Should you not hold this certificate, please contact the office for further instruction and information.
Attendance of all 3 levels are compulsory for successful completion of this course.
Level 1 lays the foundation:
- History of Boxing
- Strapping
- 6 basic punches
Level 2 puts the punches in place
- Punching combinations
- Working the bag
- Skipping
- Complete workout
Level 3 brings it all together
- Full workout
- Putting it all together
- Examination
